How do I request records?

Can I find my accident report on the City's webpage?

• Traffic accident reports are disclosable to involved parties (including insurance companies) only. We have partnered with Lexis Nexis to provide these reports. Click here

I have a Lynnwood address but live in unincorporated Snohomish County. Will the City have my record?

• No. These request should be direct to Snohomish County unless you are aware of a specific record the City of Lynnwood has on file. For example, a request for a building permit issued by the county must be made to Snohomish County and not to the City of Lynnwood. If you are unsure if you live in City limits, click on link ‘Do I Live in Lynnwood'
